Diaspo Niger is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, with particular emphasis on protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Diaspo Niger.

2.2 Age Verification

We require users to confirm their age during registration.
Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately terminated.
We reserve the right to request additional verification if needed.

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, videos, or content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive situations.
  • Child Grooming: Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Child Trafficking: Content promoting or facilitating child trafficking or exploitation.
  • Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexualizes or inappropriately portrays minors.
  • Solicitation of Minors: Any sexual solicitation or inappropriate communication with minors.

4.1 Proactive Monitoring

User Reporting System: All users can report concerning content directly within the app.
Admin Review: A dedicated team reviews reported content within 24 hours.
Automated Detection: Systems to detect and flag potentially harmful content.
Human Review: Human moderators review flagged content for context and accuracy.

4.2 Swift Action

CSAM content is removed immediately upon detection.
Accounts violating child safety policies are permanently banned.
We preserve evidence for law enforcement.
